I love the the design, but I am too short for the dress

The customer service is nice and the size recommended by customer service is perfect fit for my body. I am astonished by this artistic dress when I receive my order. I do love the illuminated fabric and the intense color!!! It’s gorgeous and catches my eye.
The only frustrated me is the length, for the reason I am 160cm in height, and the original dress is too long for me, I ham the dress for 15cm.
